Rules on product and medical claims, and service standards are based on Hong Kong regulations. Access to this site from other locations are not our responsibility therefore compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable will be at the behest of the web user.
- Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the trading laws of Hong Kong and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts. We will only respond to queries or claims resulting from purchase in English language.
- Where we refer to ‘popular’ products, it is based on the number of products sold online within the time period we choose. Where a product is labelled ‘most popular’, it means its sales have exceeded all others in the particular product list or search field it features in. Our ‘new products’ highlight the most recently launched products in this website. Our ‘featured products’ are those we have chosen to highlight and ‘our favourite’ products are our favourites out of those sold here.

- We accept payment by Paypal. Paypal will validate your order and card details you submit before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

- We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
- We make every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet. This means that when you order products from our online shop, colours may differ from what you see on the screen to the actual product you will receive. We take this into consideration when you become unsatisfied with your purchase.
- We take great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you use your shopping list history, prices on your previous orders may no longer hold true. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in our pharmacy do not apply to our online shop.
